Approximately 1 hour photoshoot at an agreed location.

What if the weather is bad, can I rearrange the shoot for a better day?
Sometimes we cannot rely on the British weather, and no-one wants to be cold and wet and pretending to be happy for the photographs, so yes of course there is no problem rearranging for a better day, this will not incur any extra costs.
What should I wear?
Clothes of choice....
Dresses are popular, riding hats optional, however if you choose to not wear a riding hat, you do at your own risk.
Times of our shoots are a guide, so you will be able to have a costume change should you wish. Times are approximate and we will not rush you if the time runs over. We are here to capture those special moments and if this means taking a little longer that will be absolutely fine.
When will I receive my images?
Your photos will be checked adjusted as required so they are presented to you looking their best.
We aim to have all your photos ready and on our website within 7 working days of the photoshoot.
We will send a taster of around 3-5 low resolution images for you to see within 48 hours of the photoshoot.
The images will all be displayed on our website in a password protected album, (password will be sent to you once the photos are ready) you can then choose and order the images you require by messaging me.
Any extra products you would like can be purchased either on the website or by messaging me.
How many pictures will we receive?
You will receive the image as agreed as per your package, additional images are available.
Do you do beach photo shoots?
The nearest beach to our base is Holkham, Wells Next to Sea. can travel there, but this will incur extra costs of 45p per mile.
Please be aware that some beaches/local councils require that you request permission for this purpose and may charge. This would be your responsibility to obtain any permission and pay any extra charges
Can I include other family members and/or my other pets?
Yes ! On all of our Photoshoots, there is the opportunity to include family, friends other animals. Please see our group packages.
How long will my images be available to view on the website ?
Your images will be on our website for a long time, and if we do need to remove them, we will try and advise you before this is done in case you should require any more of your images to keep
